Procedures:
Applicants apply to the local Chinese Embassy for visa. Documents needed are “Enrollment Notice of Shenyang Institute of Physical Education ”, “Application Form for Foreigners to China”, “Medical Check-up Form for Foreigners”.
Register and pay fees on arrival in China and re-examined in the local place with passport ,“Medical Check-up Form for Foreigners”, “Enrollment Notice of Shenyang Institute of Physical Education ”and “Application Form for Foreigners to China”
Within 30 days go to the local police station to apply for an alien resident permit with visa, “Application Form for Foreigners to China” and “Medical Check-up Form for Foreigners”.

Various Charges:
1. Registration and enrollment : US$100 per year
2. Tuition fees :
Language study : US$1300 per year
Short-term language study (not more than one year ) : US$150 per year
Short-term study : US$300 per year (small class )
Undergraduates : US$1700 per year
Postgraduates : US$2500 per year
3. Accommodation :
Residence Hall : double room with US$3 per bed per day or Us $ 5 per room
