Brief
Introduction
Shenyang Institute
of Physical Education was established in1954. We have 7 specialties
including Physical Education, Sports Training, Traditional National
Sports, Sports Sociology, Sports Marketing, Sports Performance and
Sports Body Science. We have staff with expertise. They have built
up extensive links with universities, research organizations and
public bodies. We can offer undergraduate courses and postgraduate
courses.

Institute of Physical Education has a student community of over 7000.

has modern sports facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, tennis

In
the past few years our students have won many medals and titles, including
a silver medal of Winter Olympic Games, 12 champions and 23 second
places of World Cups or World Championships and 10 Asian Championships.
In 1998, our student Miss Xu Nannan, won a silver medal in 18th Winter
Olympic Games .
Shenyang lies in the northeast of China. Shenyang
is the center of politics, economy and culture in the northeast. You
can easily get access to it by train or air.
Our school has set up relationships with 17
universities throughout the world, expanded academic exchanges and
research cooperation. Overseas students have been coming for study
since 1994.
A new campus is under construction, covering
about 1000 acres. There will be a modern , beautiful and well-eqipped
